1. You have the right to control your website domain and be able to access the registrar’s account.
2. You have the right to control your own website hosting.
3. If you have a content management system (CMS), you have the right to log in with full administrator access, controlling other user access on the site.
4. You have the right to update your website content without needing help from an outside agency.
5. You have the right to access your Google Analytics account.
6. You have the right to be educated on how to use your website and other reporting tools.
7. You have the right to expect that the development company will understand your business and your overall marketing strategy and incorporate that knowledge into every decision so that you get the most out of your money.
8. You have the right to understand the website development process in plain language as much as possible and not be overwhelmed with technical jargon that limits the understanding of your decisions.
9. You have the right to have a website developed using industry standards and best practices.
10. You have the right for your projects to be delivered on time when you fulfill your own project responsibilities in a timely fashion.
11. If there are trends or changes in technology that affect your website, you have the right to be notified and advised as to the appropriate course of action.
12. You have the right to receive accurate invoices. We pledge to always deliver on time and on budget, and never surprise you with hidden fees.
